Hannah-ism's

So I know I have a lot of posting to do about our Fabulous trip to Cabo.. but I'm still trying to round up all the pictures. That is still to come...

Before I forget, I thought I should post some of the funny things Hannah has said/done lately. She is the biggest GOOF-BALL I have ever seen!

This was a funny from last week... maybe the week before.. WHOSE KEEPING TRACK!?

-At Hannah's preschool, the first 10-15 minutes is free time. They can play, read books, whatever they would like. As we all know, Hannah has a deep, sincere LOVE of BELLE. There is a little Belle doll in the toy closet that she just adores. I guess her friend Kiearra LOVES this Belle as well. Every morning she reminds me that we need to hurry so she can beat Kiearra to school so she can get the Belle doll. This particular morning we got loaded up, and headed out. She hadn't said anything about the Belle doll. We turned the corner to go to her school and she instantly saw Kiearra's mom's car there. We were in the middle of the road, probably driving 15 mph and she said... "Crap mom, STOP the car so I can get out".. I told her I wasn't going to stop in the middle of the road. I did the normal "U" turn and parked in front of her school. She didn't even say goodbye.. she opened the door so fast, slammed it and took off RUNNING her fastest into the school. Soo funny. Later that night I was telling Jesse about it and he said that the time before that when he took her, they were a few minutes early so they were waiting in the car outside the school. He said that as soon as she saw the clock said 9:00 she said "Oh, I gotta go" and she took of on a dead run. She is funny about it. What a girl.

-So I am seriously going to CHOP my hair. Hannah has been really upset about it. She thinks that she won't get to play with it anymore.. not that she really plays with it anyway... but.. whatever. It has really been bothering her. Every time I talk about it she gets kind of sad. Today I was talking about it and she said.. just as matter-of-fact as ever, "If you do that, my friends will all make fun of you". OOOOKAY! I do however really worry about what all the 4 year olds think ya know!

-Last night we had our FHE lesson about "Serving our family." All day long today, EVERYTHING that she does she asks if she is serving our family. She has been so good about doing things for us. Yesterday she heard me say to Brady (from the other room).. "we need to get your clothes on." Before I could even blink she came running into my room with some clothes for him. Later on she saw that he needed a tissue so she instantly ran to grab a tissue, carefully wiped his nose and threw it in the garbage. A little later she heard me talking to Brady about needing to change his diaper. Before I knew it she had a diaper and the box of wipes.. and I didn't even ask her. She is being such a big helper.

-I have NO idea what brought this on but EVERYDAY she wants to go get the mail to see if there is a birthday card for her in the mail. This has been going on for weeks.. and imagine how many sad faces I see when there is NOT a birthday card for her in the mail. I keep reminding her that her birthday is NOT for a few more weeks, and she always replies.. not a birthday card for me, a card inviting me to someones birthday.. OH SAD! I don't know that we have EVER had a "mailed" birthday invitation.. so I'm not sure where that came from. I guess maybe I should be a nice mom and randomly send her some mail... HMM..

I think that is all for now. It seems like there were a few others.. but I don't remember. I get so many people telling me that one of the biggest reasons they always check my blog to hear the funny things that Hannah does.. and I guess I have REALLLY been slacking lately. I need to start writing them down so I don't forget I guess.
