The other day I went to pick Hannah up from school and from the way she jumped in the car I could tell she had a good day. She seemed quite cheerful. A few seconds after climbing into her seat she said, "Mom, I have something to tell you." I asked her what it was and she replied, "I am sooo in LOVE with Eli!!!" ................... "WHAT!?!?!" "He is so cute, but I PROMISE that I will only date him one time.... that way I don't ever have to MARRY him." HMMMMMM.
I was a little in shock that my 5 year old was so excited to tell me this. We laughed about it for a minute and I told her I wasn't ready for her to be in LOVE with a boy!
A few days went by and then I was talking to my Sis-in-law, Amanda. She had been watching my kids a few days before and she told me that Hannah also told her about Eli. Hannah told Amanda that she she had a CRUSH on Eli, and that she wanted to KISS HIM IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!!! Excuse me? What does this child even know about kissing boys! Who is teaching this girl!!! OH my!
So anyhow... my daughter is in LOVE with ELI.

That is so funny! Not only is does she want to kiss him, she wants to kiss him in front of everybody? That girl cracks me up!!
Our girls are 7 and 5 and they say the same things. It scares me so bad! Really what do they know about being in LOVE?! Oh boy I think we're all in trouble...

Bring her to my house and I'll chain her and Laney up together. I'm not thrilled about the boy stuff either. Laney's crush is Justin Bieber. I'm a little nervous she's not thrown off by the age difference. Who can blame her though? He is dreamy (if you like jail bait). I can't wait to hear how things go tomorrow and see pictures.
