As I was watching Jesse try to convince Hannah to let him pull her 3rd tooth out today I was quickly reminded of THIS POST. Yes, we all remember. And once again, at the very thought of it I felt like an IDIOT.
Hannah is getting ready to lose her 3rd tooth, and yes its a top front tooth. I could cry. Both of them are pretty loose. She came home from a cousins sleep over yesterday with the most bizarre gap in her teeth, just to the side of one of her top teeth. The ever so prevalent space between her two front teeth was now gone. We asked her what in the world happened and she said they were playing a game and her and her cousin smacked heads and it knocked her tooth. Sure enough, it slid it over quite a bit. Her whole gum is bruised and the poor tooth is hanging by a thread now and she won't let us pull it. I'm sure another day or two it will bug her enough that she wants it out. Silly girl. I'm not sure I'm ready for that new smile. I love her sweet baby tooth smile.
I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE MOM'S WHO WANTS HER KIDS TO GROW UP! EVER!
Here is probably the last picture of this smile. It will be forever changed here in a day or two. I really might cry. Really. I know, I'm an over emotional, sappy mom. But I just want her to stay 5... with all of her teeth.
