Las Vegas, Disneyland, San Diego and Sea World

While Hannah was off track we decided to surprise the kids and take them on a little vacay! The night before we left we made up a treasure hunt to tell them. I am soooo sad! For some reason the video was corrupt or something and it can't be viewed! The kids were so excited to go on the scavenger hunt. Each clue was a letter that eventually spelled out DISNEYLAND. We had mickey mouse shaped pizza from mountain mikes pizza. It was such a fun night! The next morning we got loaded in the car and headed out. We left on Friday, Feb 25th and returned March 6th. We drove to Vegas on friday and spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning with Brooks, Amanda, Emma and their sweet new baby, Daxton. The kids had SOOO much fun playing. They LOVE Emma so much. On Saturday we went to Chuck E. Cheese. They played in Emma's bounce house, watched movies and played at grandma and grandpa Welch's house. On Sunday morning we loaded up and headed to California.
We got to our hotel a little earlier than we thought. We went to dinner and swam in the FREEZING cold hotel pool. The kids were so excited. The next morning we loaded 2 VERY EXCITED kids, and one little one who wasn't so sure what was going on into the stroller and headed across the street! We spent the whole day at disney. The kids were exhausted by the end of the day. They LOVED it! We have been before and to Disneyworld as well so they knew what to expect and what it was like, but the look on their faces the whole day was PRICELESS! We had so much fun!!
The next day we went to California adventure for part of the day and then back to Disney. It was a long day but we had so much fun. That night we loaded up and headed for SAN DIEGO!!
We had a great little condo on the beach with the most amazing ocean view! It was a little to chilly to spend a whole lot of time on the beach but when we did the kids had a blast!! Jake LOVED the sand. It was so fun to see the kids run and play and build castles and dig. I wish we could have stayed there forever. While we were there we went to Sea World. The kids LOVED it! The shamu show was amazing. We stayed in San Diego for 3 days then headed back to Vegas. We stayed Friday night- Sunday afternoon at grandma and grandpa welch's. The kids went swimming in Emma's swimming pool all afternoon on saturday. They didn't want to leave! Grandma and Grandpa Welch took them for a ride in the motorhome, and they swam in their hot tub. What a fun time!

It was SUCH a fun trip! We didn't want to come home. I hope we make this trip a tradition.
