Our trip to see WICKED!!

Look how tiny Shirley Temple's hand and foot prints are. Check out the date.. its kind of cut off but its 1930 something.

I don't necessarily love Hank Williams.. but its the only picture of the stars on the sidewalk that I took.

The residential streets of Hollywood! How would it be to have your "tree lined street" look like this!

Santa Monica Pier/Beach

I have sooo much to post!! I havn't been very good about posting the past few weeks because we have been sooooo busy! But I have been keeping good notes.
For my birthday Jesse suprised me with a trip to L.A to go see Wicked. OHHHH my gosh it was soooooo AMAZING!!! SO AMAZING! It was one of the funnest trips I have been on. It was just the two of us. It was SOOO very needed.. for the two of us to get away. We ended up leaving on a Friday and got into LA pretty early. We drove right to Hollywood and walked up and down Hollywood Blvd. It was fun to see the stars on the sidewalks.. the footprints and hand prints of famous people in the concrete.. and just fun to be there! We went to the Kodak theatre .. which is fun because thats where they hold alot of the Award ceremony's.. like the Academy Awards.. American Idol etc. So fun! I have more pic's of that that I hope I can put on here tomorrow. We played in Santa Monica .. on Santa Monica Pier. It was SOOO cold.. so we didn't really get much "Laying out" in. There was a big Farmers Market in down town Santa Monica.. that was fun to walk thru. We saw the L.A temple... and so many other fun things.. that you see on T.V. So fun! I have many more pic's and details.. I'll post tomorrow.
These clips are from Youtube these are two of my favorite songs from Wicked. It is SOOO amazing. So worth a trip to go see. The first one looks like it was a re-inactment done at the Tony awards.. but same people.. same thing.. And the second one looks like its probably from the actual play. Just to give you an idea.. for those who havn't seen it. You will want to pause my music.
