Our Moab trip.. Better late than never.. Right?

Ann and Vaun invited us to go to Moab with a bunch of their friends a couple weeks ago. They started this trip a few years ago and and made it a tradition. We always heard how much fun they have.. and I always hear from a bunch of friends how fun it is.. but I'll admit.. I was a bit skeptical!! OH MY GOSH!! Sooo fun! We rented a bunch of jeeps.. I think there were like.. 6 or 7 jeeps.. and then about 4 or 5 4 wheelers. We had sooo much fun! I had no idea that jeeps could do what they do. These pictures don't do justice. It was a blast! We will definetly make that a tradition!




This looks like a dumb picture.. but this is a picture of a cliff!! We were just feet away from this 25+ cliff... straight drop off!!





This is the spot where we about lost our lives. Jesse and I.. and Ann and Vaun were in a jeep. We came over this hill.. our "spotter" was not there at the moment.. and we had no idea what we were in for. Jesse stopped at the top of this hill.. because we could feel ourselves teetering.. YES.. teetering. Everyone at the bottom of the hill started screaming at us to stop. Vaun jumped out of the passenger side to see what was going on.. and as soon as he jumped out.. he disapeared... falling down into a pretty deep pocket. Our Front tire was not even on the ground and we were still teetering. We knew that if we went forward at all we would roll alllll the way down. Ann and I jumped out leaving Jesse there to do something! Another Jeep came behind him with a tow rope and pulled him backwards.. back to safety. That was the first time ever in my life that I have been so scared.. for our lives!! In the picture we should have been coming down where the black tire marks are... instead we were coming down where jesse's finger is! SCARY!!
