Did you say... 3 kids?

So.. we have had an addition to our day time routine!
This is Heaton.


He is my cousin's baby.. 2nd cousin actually.
That makes him my 3rd cousin? And my kids' 4th cousin? Do many
of you even know your 4th cousin? Wow! Thats quite distant.
Anyway.. We are now tending Heaton Monday-Wednesday and some Thursdays.
He comes at 7am and leaves about 5pm. Its funny how you forget SOOO fast
what its like to have a newborn around. Its quite fun! But an adjustment.
Poor Brady is wondering what in the world has happened to his little world.
He is SOOO cute with him. He just wants to hug and kiss him everytime he
sees him. Hannah on the other hand.. she has automatically taken on a
motherly role. She thinks that she is the ONLY babysitter.. and she gets
SOOOo offended if I try to make a decision regarding this tiny boy. Its
pretty funny. She is really cute with him. He is only 5.5 weeks.. almost 6
so he is pretty much just a sleepy head. Doesn't really require much. He is
SOOOO nice! ANNNND... he is a SNUGGLER!!!!!! Something I never got to enjoy!
Neither one of my babies wanted to be closer than arms length. So its quite fun!

The first day Heaton was here, Hannah spent the day reading him stories.. She taught him ALLLL about princess's. I wonder how his dad feels about that! ;) She actually quite likes having a little one around that has an attention span of more than 30 seconds. I suppose he doesn't really have an attention span at all.. he just can't get away from her like Brady can.


So thats our new adventure. We are having so much fun. We (I) might not get much done... but we are having fun!
