YAY! It's finally here!! You would have thought it was Christmas morning here this morning. Jesse woke Hannah up at about 7:10 and she was ALL smiles! She came barging in our room as excited as ever. She had her outfit all picked out the night before, and had her backpack packed and ready to go. We got ready for the day, had breakfast, and headed to the school. Jesse and I both went with her. She seemed kind of nervous as we walked to the door, but when I asked her if she was okay she responded in a 16 year old, thinks mom's a dork voice, "yes mom". On the way home she rode the bus. Me, being the total paranoid mom that I am went to the school, made sure she got on the bus, then followed her to the bus stop. Come on, she is 5. I think tomorrow I can let her do it on her own.
When I got her from the bus stop she was so excited. I think she gave me the biggest hug she has ever given me in her life. She said it was SOOO MUCH FUN!! She already can't wait until tomorrow. Brady was pretty sad. All morning he walked around and said "I miss Hannah, where is Hannah, when is Hannah coming home." It is going to be a LONG school year I'm afraid!
We went to Walmart after school and she saw some cute purses. Hannah grabbed one and said, "Now can I have a purse mom?" She thinks she's 16 now just because she goes to school. Cute girl!! I'm glad she loves school
