My Goal...

I am failing. I set a goal a few months ago to blog at least once a week.. NOT BEEN HAPPENING. I gotta do better!

Here we go!

We all of the sudden have "calm baby" syndrome. Does this bother me? NO! Do I love this? YES! Jake has always been a good baby, but wants to be held, doesn't love to sit alone for very long, and is always just kind of ancy... wanting to walk, bounce, or be snuggled. He has all of the sudden switched gears. He usually wants to snuggle to go to sleep... now, he would rather lay by himself and put himself to sleep. He is fine to sit in his bouncy and just stare. He LOVES to watch TV.. which is great. Gives me some time to do things I need to without having to attend to him. We put him in the hot tub tonight. He LOVED it! I would take him out every minute or so and set him on the side so he didn't get to hot. Every time i would set him out he would wiggle, and squirm and kick his legs until I would put him back in. He is so cute. He LOVES to watch the kids splash in the water. He would get so excited and kick, and kick in the water.
Here he is... I hope "naked baby" doesn't offend anyone... I hope it doesn't get me in any trouble ;)


Hannah and Brady were unusually nice to each other today. The last few months they just pester the heck out of eachother. It is usually to the point that I am seriously considering trading them in for a day at a day spa, maybe a nice resort. Unfortunatly I can't find anyone willing to make the trade. I don't really blame anyone. Just kidding. They are great.. I am just dying for school to start. Maybe with a little something more in our day we will survive.

We are SOOO excited about our house. That needs to be a post of its own... so that will come next. I guess tonight will get 2 posts. Maybe it will make up for a night that I don't post.
