Just to case you would like to make your own soup, Here is Hannah's recipe:
Grapes
HANDSOAP.. Yes Handsoap.. Maybe it gives it a little extra kick!
Crisco
Sunflower seeds
Powdered sugar
Sugar
Cheese
Celery
Syrup
Hot cocoa mix
Cashews
Water
Limes
Tomato's .. yes that she chopped with a butter knife!
and some ice
Stir and stir until its all mixed in there well and it has the appearance of.... Vomit, a dirty diaper, or whatever you can come up with that is Brown, lumpy, and smells like a dead cow!
I was sooo irritated. The mess was the worst part. My first reaction was to ground her.. and send her directly to her room. She should have learned after our conversation about her little venture in making Brady's birthday cake. So.. me being the mean mom and I am.. before sending her to her room...
I made her EAT IT!!!! The sad part is.. she didn't really seem to mind. About 2 bites into it she just willingly got up and headed straight for her room without me saying another word. I think she knew it was NASTY but she was trying to be tough and prove me wrong.
*Sorry.. I can't figure out how to get it to flip the right way.
**VIDEO is coming.. it is taking forever to download so I canceled it for now

Wow. That looks disgusting! That mess irritated me just reading about it!
I'm so glad there are other kids out there that make BIG messes!! That is a very creative punishment-making her eat it. I would have never thought of that! Just tell Hannah that I am meaner than that.
Wow, what a cutie and also yes a frusterating mess! You really need to get her a kids easy recipe cookbook and every few days make new snack together with her and show her how you follow whats in the recipe and let her know that is the only time she can make real food in the kitchen, that way she will look forward to it, And hopefully not attempt her own recipes when you leave the room. make simple things that she can do all by herself so she feels special about it and proud of herself as she does when she makes these other interesting recipes, only moms outcome is more positive. Tell her to make all she wants in her play kitchen. (if she has one, if not it is a great investment!) You have a little chef on your hands! Lots of creative fun, if you can minus the mess! Good luck with that!
thats digusting you crack me up!
Maybe she's going to be a chef when she grows up - you never know. Then you'll look back and feel bad. :) She's just trying to fulfill her destiny. Yeah, that's right.
Sorry about the mess. Those are never fun.
She is such a little cutie....she makes me laugh every time! Maybe she could get together with Paysen...imagine what they would come up with!
way to go! i'd have made mine eat the whole thing!!! ok maybe just until she threw it up :) it reminds me of a disaster i once mixed together... hmmm.
I LOVE IT!! I just about peed my pants, and of course I shared with everyone!!
Hi Chelsea!
I saw your blog on Aleah'a, and I just had to comment on this one.
Wow, what a combo. She may end up with some real talent in the end. It takes some real bravery to combine all those things....and then eat them!!
I'm just sorry you had to clean up the mess. I hate that part. Just think several years down the road this will be one of the best stories!!
Thanks for letting me post!
