Our Seattle Trip

I am way way late on a few of these posts. But I need to get them in here... better late than never! We went to Seattle over the 4th of July weekend to spend some time with Jesse's family. His aunt was recently diagnosed with Cancer so we went with the WHOLE BEAL crew.. all the aunts, uncles and cousins to Jesse's aunts house outside of Seattle. Here are a few pic's of our adventures!!
The kids on the plane. Both of them did AWESOME! Its tough to be confined in tight quarters! But they were so good!




These pictures do NOT even do this house.. or should I say mansion justice. This is Jesse's aunt and uncles house. It is 20 some odd thousand square feet. Its on a private island.. backing right up to a lake. It was unbelievable!!! By the 3rd day we finally figured out how to get to our bedrooms without asking for help! It was amazing!! I was hoping to get a picture of it at night.. with all the lights on.. its pretty spectacular!






They have an indoor swimming pool and basketball/racquet ball court. Hannah had a TON of fun in the swimming pool. We did have one scary incident with her. She was playing in the hot tub which was MUCH deeper than a normal hot tub. There was a bench around the inside.. and then off of the bench was way too deep for her to touch. While I wasn't looking she slipped off of the bench into the deep part. She was calmly trying to tread water. It was only 6-8 seconds or so before we could get to her.. but it seemed like 10 minutes. Jesse's cousin reached in and pulled her out. The amazing this was that she didn't even freak out! She hadn't sucked any water in at all.. she was just calmly holding her breath. That is the WORST feeling ever though!! Watching your little one.. knowing that it could turn horrible. The seconds seemed to be HOURS!!! But she was fine... and needless to say.. I felt like an overprotective mother hen after that!







We did lots of hanging around... EATING... sleeping.. EATING.. visiting.. and of course.. EATING! It was fun to have cousins that we havn't seen for a long time around to play with.




My cousin Jon and his cute kiddo's who live close by came over. We haven't seen them for a year and a half or so.. it was way fun to see them! Hannah made some new friends... cousins that she has never met before.




Here is a cute pic of Hannah in our bedroom. Our room was a "girly" room and she loved it!!


Hannah also has a new favorite! She learned about smores!




We had SUCH a fun time there! We can't wait to go back!!!
